We are a fast-growing property management company located in North Scottsdale that is seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented individual to provide accounting support for their accounting manager as well as administrative support.

Duties:

· Handle accounts payable & payroll for multiple entities including intercompany billings

· Perform bank and credit card data entry and reconciliations

· Assist with set up of new property owner and vendor accounts

· Process incoming mail, deposit checks, perform bank transfers

· Complete additional accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by management

Skills and experience:

· QuickBooks experience required, QuickBooks Online experience a plus

· Property management software experience a plus

· High school diploma & accounting work experience required, some college coursework preferred

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

· Knowledge of office procedures, etiquette & equipment operation required

Personal Qualifications:

· Very organized with careful attention to detail

· Possess excellent follow up and follow through

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Dependable, flexible, self-motivated, able to work well with little supervision

· Able to problem solve, prioritize and work efficiently and multi-task effectively

· Possess initiative and positive attitude
