Town Hall—a high-growth agency providing digital media and creative services to nonprofit and higher education clients—seeks an Account Manager to support our higher education portfolio. This role will report to the Account Director/Account Group Director and the selected candidate will have experience with digital campaign execution and/or creative production, demonstrated attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

What You’ll Do

The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day client communication, managing workflow between production & media teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. With the support of an Account Supervisor and/or Account Director, you’ll build relationships with clients and add your voice to strategic conversations and initiatives.

Our office is located in midtown Manhattan and we are currently working in-office three days per week.

Sample Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and internal team to ensure campaigns are delivering on our clients’ key business objectives
  • Write project briefs for the creative production team to develop assets across media, social content, and video projects
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure projects are kicked off, proceeding according to timeline, and on budget
  • Review creative deliverables to ensure they adhere to brand guidelines and support campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with Media team to ensure assets are trafficked correctly and on time
  • Prepare weekly client meeting agendas and presentation decks as needed
  • Attend client meetings to participate in strategic campaign discussions and ensure tactical next steps are defined
  • Share client meeting notes that include clearly defined next steps with the internal team
  • (Note: this is not a sales/business development role.)

Requirements

  • Digital campaign execution and/or creative production management
  • Experience interfacing with clients, vendors, or other types of external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to manage up for support as needed
  • General understanding of digital marketing and desire to learn digital strategy
  • Experience communicating with and presenting to groups, either internal or external
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable keeping track of a high volume of deliverables and managing competing priorities
  • Familiarity with digital communication and project management platforms, e.g., Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Asana
  • Reside in the tri-state area and willing to work in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Passion for education or experience working within higher education marketing a plus
  • Agency and/or digital marketing experience (e.g., paid media campaigns) a plus
