Pay Rate: $40 to $50 per hour W2 (We can also work Corp to Corp if you prefer)

Location: Los Altos, CA – full-time onsite
Duration: 6-9 months contract that can be extended.
Key skills/experience:
- Well Rounded IT Support Engineer – Level 1-2 support, including helpdesk support for company’s IT and operations staff
- Onboarding/off-boarding for employees
- Desktop support of Linux, MacOS and Windows desktop machines
- Linux experience, Ubuntu preferred but other brands are okay
- Break/fix support, resolve open tickets, experience with ServiceNow is a strong plus but any ticketing system is OK
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: Level 1 troubleshooting
- Support of company audio/visual system – Crestron
- Support of Google Meet
- Good documentation skills
- Great communication skills, customer service oriented, takes initiative
- Right attitude and willingness to learn
