PATTERSON'S 3RD SHIFT CUSTOMER SERVICE
- FRIDAY THROUGH MONDAY
- 7PM-7AM
At Patterson, our 3rd shift customer service team is the lifeline between our carriers and our customers. As part of this role, you will be receiving and making a high volume of phone calls/emails ensuring shipments are being picked up and delivered while problem solving on any issues that arise.
Job Role;
- Manage inbound / outbound calls and emails
- Resolve our carrier and shipper delays with a high sense of urgency
- Manage all tasks in REAL time and document In our software so all are on the same page
- On any high level matters, stay in touch with account management
What is needed to qualify for this position?
