Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the store, engaging with them throughout the shopping process
- Provides consistent quality in the preparation of drinks; Ensure the preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Work back-of-house duties such as cleaning equipment, mopping, etc...
- Manage the inventory of supplies, and accurately track and communicate levels or potential shortages
- Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs when needed
- Assistant store management in training and developing new and existing team members if necessary.
Job Requirement
- 1+ years of related experience (good to have)
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Experience in people management
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to work weekend shifts
