As a PROGRAM COORDINATOR you will have the opportunity to work with youth in a residential setting as a mentor, role model, and caregiver. This unique role in our Cokato facility provides the day-to-day care and supervision, instruction, and support to help adolescent boys succeed at the goals set up in their treatment plan.

The current opening is for Full-Time PROGRAM COORDINATOR opening at our Cokato facility for adolescent males. This position requires a minimum of 40 working hours per week primarily evenings and every other weekend.

The general requirements for this role are, but not limited to:

• Complete all testing, training and licensure requirements as outlined by the Minnesota Department of Corrections for employment in a Residential Group Home facility.
• Provide training and supervision of Residential Counselors ensuring all policy and procedures of the organization are followed.
• Provide supervision of residents and provide direction, discipline, encouragement and counsel as the situation, or the Village Ranch program, dictates.
• Provides oversight of and ensures accurate, timely completion of daily required paperwork/reports.
• Lead the Residential Staff team by example to a standard of excellence.
• Reporting to Program Manager(s) regarding any resident or staff concerns.

Starting pay $20.00 per hour with opportunity to advance up to $27.04.

Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a Background Study, as required by the Minnesota Department of Health.
