ob Summary: Repair fence and panel stands, stack panels, maintain yard organization and cleanliness per National Construction Rentals, Inc. quality standards. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Functions: 1) Straighten, stack, make ready for shipment, apply decals, paint fence and stands, fill sandbags, maintain yard. 2) Clean, repair and paint fence, sanitation and storage equipment. 3) Assist with loading, unloading and servicing of fence. 4) Operate equipment including but not limited to; notcher, bender, Collins cutter, sandbagger, and air tools. 5) Report all accidents immediately. 6) Maintain safe and clean area. 7) Perform other duties and/or tasks as instructed or assigned.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or General Education Development certificate (GED), and one to two years related experience or training.

Skills and Abilities: Requires working from detailed instructions. Requires occasional independent decision-making. Assignments are primarily task oriented and include detailed instructions for performing them. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.

Licenses/Certificates/Registrations: Valid Class C Driver's License Required
