Applied Woodcraft of Charleston Huger, SC 29450
Cabinet Shop Assistants will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of a busy custom cabinet shop that produces projects for the Low-country as well as products such as drawers for other shops.
The ideal candidate will:
Show attention to details
Have math skills required to complete the tasks.
Have transportation to and from work.
Experience may not be necessary as we can teach teachable individuals who are interested in developing skills in this environment.
Beginning Responsibilities:
-Sanding and cataloging of parts.
-Assembly
-Upkeep and cleaning of workspace.
-Assist others.
-Prepare and mill material for operations.
-Pallet and package finished product for customer pickup.
We have a great team and are looking to expand by hiring a few more people to help keep with deadlines.
Management believes that great work comes from anyone who focuses to do so and is attentive with the instruction offered to them. If hired, you will be expected to learn, and take on new tasks that will expand your capabilities as well as your rate of pay as you master these skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
