HomeMod is a small business in Bridgeton, MO. I'm looking for employees 16+ who is determined. We started this company in 2021 ending that year off with $80K+ in sales. We are now closing off on 2022 with over $400k in sales. Next year we are pushing for 1million+ in sales. Our team wants to work with people who want to grow with our company. The CEO Tim does not want to be your boss, we wants you to be his partner in this journy. At the moment this is only a 2-man show. This 2-man show has finally reached it end and we are in need of more team members.

Our company is seeking an experienced and gifted Woodworker to join our team. The Woodworker will be responsible for fabricating and assembling products to specification. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of a variety of tools, stability and the ability to follow detailed instructions. You must also have experience working with both hand and power tools and have the ability to work well under pressure, within specific time constraints, while multitasking. Previous experience in woodworking is highly valued, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Gather materials from delivered shipments of lumber.
• Gain knowledge of the intricacies of fine woodworking.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to create precise cuts, joints, and surfaces.
• Create decorative inlays, moldings, and other details on the finished product.
• Ensure that the final product will be aesthetically pleasing.
• Make precise measurements to ensure that the product fits into a given space and meets professional standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
