Wireless Engineer
Mossville, IL / Pittsburgh PA
24 Months Contract
On-Site From Day 1
Must have skills: Wireless communication experience in design and 4G-5G network in cloud infrastructure
Respoinsibilities:
This person will be responsible for execution of R&D efforts for autonomous system communications platforms.
Systems may be on-board or off-board, and used in both autonomy and remote control applications.
Research wireless communication network technologies
Identify acceptable requirements for potential wireless communication technologies
Design and perform proof of concept testing
Document processes and outcomes of proof of concept testing
Identify variables that can be further investigated from proof of concept testing
Design production intent communications system platforms
Education Requirement: Bachelor degree or higher preferred in engineering or IT, however significant technical experience without a bachelor will also be considered
Critical Technical Skills:
Significant experience in one or more of the following areas:
V2X
Cellular telecommunications systems
Wifi systems
Short range wireless technologies Wireless communication system design Hands on skills Wireless communication hardware familiarity
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
