Qualifications

  • (A MUST!) Self-starter with strong managerial and people skills, outgoing and professional, strong sales aptitude and loves to be around people that are 50+.
  • Health & Wellness background - familiar with and interested in health and wellness and willing to help others succeed in improving their health and wellness goals
  • Membership-based sales and business experience
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills with strong phone skills along
  • Customer service oriented - good listener, patient and empathetic
  • Is able to receive and give performance feedback constructively
  • Degree preferred, majoring in exercise science, kinesiology, health administration, business or management. Less formal education with more job experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs comfortably
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

The OsteoStrong Center Manager is responsible for creating a client-focused, energetic, positive environment and possesses a strong desire to maximize center revenue and occupancy. You must be a people-focused leader who loves "BioHacking", the health, wellness & fitness industry, and is self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales/Marketing

  • Drive new member sales process and enrollments
  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives for new clients, retention and all retail products offered in center
  • Community outreach, attending networking events, developing relationships with wellness & healthcare professionals
  • Assist in development and on-going social media initiatives

Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center including client and staff scheduling
  • Manage appearance and cleanliness of center
  • Resolve/attend to all client booking requests and issues
  • Manage client information systems

Manage Center Team

  • Manage weekly schedule of coaching staff
  • Build a strong team working environment
  • Lead and develop staff

Customer Service

  • Support members to feel like they are part of the Osteostrong Family
  • Provide the highest level of client/customer service and hospitality to all members/prospective members
  • Educate members continually to internalize what benefits they can expect
  • Encourage and communicate member feedback, member testimonials and video testimonials

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Annual salary $45k+ (depending on experience) + Quarterly/Yearly Bonuses with potential for profit sharing
