Welder/Fabricator Job at Owen Steel
We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Welder to help build our products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced production environment and have a strong background in using blueprints to follow written directions when creating products. This position is a great opportunity for an individual with a knack for working on vehicles to truly make an impact, and will be responsible for working in a team environment and making sure that all projects are completed accurately, on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Make specified welds in pipes, frames, and other metal structures.
- Read plans to determine locations of welds.
- Be able to use welding equipment.
- Be able to use a variety of hand tools.
- Be able to select appropriate material for a job.
- Be able to maintain tools and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
