Responsibilities

*Meet and exceed sales goals using lead generation systems and developing strong relationships with the community *Provide compassionate and authentic community relations *Exude the PPY 5 Core Values (Commitment, Consistent, Strong, Purpose, and Trust) *Carry out the PPY Mission to cultivate an inclusive and non-intimidating yoga community that inspires worthiness and empowerment through our signature mind and body strengthening classes *Support Community Experience Team before, during, and after classes to make studio experience excellent for the community *Collaborate with Studio Manager, other Leadership, and Founder/CEO to carry out company Mission, Core Values, and Vision *Drive and maintain memberships in accordance with company KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) *Coach and train staff on sales, operations, policies, and procedures *Lead and inspire Community Experience Team in line with company mission and core values

Qualifications

*Fitness/Retail Sales: 1 years (Preferred) *Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) *Management: 1 year (Preferred) *Weekend availability *Reliable lifestyle and flexible schedule to align with a 7-day per week business with operating hours in the morning and at night *Willingness to work in person for all or most work hours *Inspiring and energetic leadership skills *Experience leading a staff or team *Proven record of exceeding sales goals *Excellent verbal and written communications skills *Strong customer service and people skills *Critical thinking and ability to adapt and pivot for the needs of the business *Interest in yoga and desire to share yoga with others *Ability to lift heavy objects as needed with and without reasonable accommodations *Ability to use CDC approved cleaning products and disinfectants *Ability to regularly handle lavender oil *Ability to tolerate heated environment *Ability to use employee scheduling software/apps *Ability to use booking software/app *Ability to tolerate the burning of incense, sage, and palo santo

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.

About Performance Power Yoga: Performance Power Yoga (PPY) in Lawrenceville, GA opened in 2017 and has evolved into the premier power yoga studio outside the perimeter in Gwinnett county. All PPY classes follow the PPY Method, which is anatomy-based, mindful, straight-up asana (pose) teaching with a sprinkle of yoga philosophy in each class. Our community-oriented studio and company culture cultivates an inclusive and non-intimidating yoga community that inspires worthiness and empowerment through our signature mind and body strengthening classes. Owned locally by two lawyers, PPY is highly involved in the recent revitalization of the Lawrenceville Square.
