Crawford Group is seeking a Webinar Program Manager for a prominent computer software client of ours. This Program Manager will join our client's Demand Generation Team. This role will be responsible for managing and executing sponsored virtual events, ensuring consistent brand, and messaging across all virtual events, maintaining in-house Demand Gen sites, and delivering end-to-end event performance reports which includes gathering, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance for the company's Document Cloud and Creative Cloud webinars. This role requires passion for events and data with a strong background in analysis, tracking, and reporting. One will prepare event results, create data visualizations, and present insights and findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.

Responsibilities:
  • Virtual events – 40%
o Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute 3rd party sponsored webinars under the supervision of the head of DG Webinar team
o Collaborate with event production and partner marketing vendors
o Coordinate technical and speaker rehearsals
o Perform quality check on all editorial and communications across all tools and systems
  • Analytics – 50%
o Produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing campaign performance reports with actionable insights
o Benchmark performance across channels and advise on KPIs based on performance analysis
o Report on key metrics, analyze and interpret trends and provide actionable insights based on available data
o Spot opportunities to optimize and refine our marketing campaigns
  • Operations – 10%
o Maintain internal collaboration sites
o Special projects as needed

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years experience in B2B marketing with solid familiarity in demand generation campaigns
  • Strong Excel user, knowledge of pivot tables - able to create pivot tables and manage large data
sets. Must be able to turn data into interesting charts for presentation
  • Experience with event planning and execution
  • Familiarity with analytical and reporting tools including Tableau, PowerBI, SFDC
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and AirTable
  • Adept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environment
  • Collaborative, flexible and has a growth mindset that not only values what gets done but how the work gets done
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
