IBSS is seeking a lead web developer to support the enterprise web applications for the CIO office at a critical civilian government agency supporting the telecommunications industry. The Lead Web Developer directs the development team in the design, development, coding, and testing of system web applications. They provide direction on the user interface design and lead web site optimization. They may also assist in planning product development and key milestones. The Lead Web Developer shall have demonstrated experience developing, implementing and maintaining web applications.

The Lead Web Developer shall have demonstrated experience developing, implementing and maintaining web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the existing web site development and developing new web sites.
- Perform updates and maintain agency's Intranet web site.
- Monitor agency web site performance through web analytics tools and assist in ensuring compliance with IT security standards.
- Conduct system testing for all development work performed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Development and/or ability to update all documentation for new projects and/or
Required Experience, Skills, Education and Responsibilities:
- Expert level experience in web technologies including the following: HTML 5, PMP, XML, AJAX, JavaScript, JSP, Drupal 7 & 9, and other OCIO approved technologies.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience required in the following: Drupal, Linux (Red Hat), PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, SQL Server, and UX/UI design
- Active SECRET clearance or higher
