The Waterjet Specialist and Programmer will work directly with and support other team members on a variety of shop and office duties including programming.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have High School Diploma, with five years shop/machining experience with exposure to waterjet, flame-cut or laser cutting. Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, programming, and a demonstrated ability to perform duties of the job.The Waterjet Specialist and Programmer reports directly to the Cutting Edge Waterjet Operations Manager and works closely with any and all waterjet team members.

Physical Demands:

The Waterjet Specialist and Programmer will spend majority of daily working hours walking, and standing. Occasional lifting of 75 lbs. is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate waterjet equipment, while working with Operations Manager or independently in all aspects of operation. Provide information, programs, assistance, documentation, direction, and guidance to all team members in a production environment.

2. Work closely with Cutting Edge Waterjet team members, customers, vendors, and suppliers.

3. Maintains high level of professionalism, organization, and cleanliness.

4. Document any necessary information for traceability and historical data retrieval.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
