Warranty Administrator Job at Ciocca Dealerships

Ciocca Dealerships is looking to add an experienced Warranty Clerk to our growing team.
Schedule: This position would be daytime hours Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process warranty claims in a timely manner
- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
- Resubmit all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off
- Follow up on payment of outstanding claims
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Prior warranty experience required
- Learns quickly and is very accurate with their work
- Organized and detail oriented
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
