Warehouse Team Member - Binning / Packing / Stocking

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Full time warehouse team members (mornings / days) complete inventory stocking and restocking in a fast paced environment in one or more warehouse functions below:
  • Binning / Packing: Unloading and packing bulk stock items from warehouse into bins for fulfillment team members to use
  • Returns: Processing and completing customer return orders received by the warehouse
  • Stocking: Preparing warehouse inventory to be stocked (This position does NOT operate fork lift or other machines)
  • Repacking: Preparing packages by packaging them into the correct packages before shipping them out of the warehouse
  • Support Functions: Fill in as needed in binning / packing / stocking areas for fast paced support of warehouse team members

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong math, reading, and some computer skills
• Must have the ability to comprehend, follow instructions, and to read and write in English
• Requires extended periods of standing, and the physical manipulation of merchandise and materials by walking, bending, grasping, pushing, pulling and lifting
• Must possess communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills to contribute to an empowered team environment
• Willing to work in a continuous improvement environment through the active participation in company training
• Availability to work scheduled hours (full time mornings / days)
