Total Distribution, Inc. is looking for a night-shift Warehouse Supervisor at their Fremont, Ohio, location to direct and manage warehouse professionals to achieve timely shipment and receipt of products and to motivate employees.

Hours are Wednesday from 12:00 am to 6:00 am, Thursday-Saturday nights from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am,

How you will contribute to the success of the company and grow your career:

· Manage and direct the daily activities of coordinators, laborers, warehouse, and office personnel, where appropriate.

· Supervise and support the loading/unloading of trucks.

· Manage and model the safety culture and strive for 100% compliance concerning safety policies and procedures.

· Maintain and control warehouse inventory. Reconcile any inventory variances.

· Work to execute all planned programs with management.

· Train and supervise warehouse personnel.

· Direct the daily housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse facility and grounds.

· Maintain and manage warehouse cost controls

· Assure that ISO processes are followed.

· Effectively communicate with external customers.

· Other duties as requested.

What you need:

· High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred

· 2 years related supervisory experience

. 5 years warehouse experience

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Basic knowledge of MS Office applications

· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
