We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing Supply Chain team that has the desire to learn and grow while working directly with the Supply group. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, has a sense of self-awareness (strong emotional intelligence, understanding of their role, asking for and learning from feedback), confident, does well under pressure, has ability to multitask, and be anticipative in a work environment.

Experience:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the site warehousing activities of Caliber Car Wash. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards. You will work safely and within the appropriate time limits. You should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods

· Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance

· Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas

· Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy

· Communicate job expectations and coach employees

· Determine staffing levels and assign employee workload

· Ability to manage and conduct pull/pack operations and ship

· Manage and ship chemical orders to various sites

· Splitting installation kits for new or acquired sites and ordering supplies as needed for warehouse and sites

· Assuring that supplies and parts are put together for sites before shipment

· Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status

· Confer and coordinate activities with other departments

· Comfortable with using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications

· Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of equipment

· With help of Warehouse Manager set team goals and priorities

· Communicate with other departments to ensure that products are shipped in a timely manner

Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

· Sort, distribute and file daily reports

· Manage multiple email accounts daily

· Package mailing as needed (UPS, FedEx, USPS)

· Maintain and review all timesheets for employees

· Ordering Marketing items

· Prepare reports as needed

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Outlook and Excel a plus

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

· Team player willing to learn new tasks

Physical Requirements:

● The position requires repeated bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items or materials of moderate weight up to 75 pounds.

● The ability to speak clearly, to hear and understand at a normal conversational level, and to receive detailed information through verbal communication.

● Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: developing material; viewing a computer terminal; walking and driving a forklift.

● Full range of hand and finger motion for pull/pack and warehouse purposes.
