We’re seeking energetic people to join a dynamic team that takes pride in delivering best-in-class service for quality, speed and accuracy for processing and shipping materials to our brand loyal eCommerce customers.

Summary of Position: Guide a team of employees to achieve optimum levels of productivity, quality and safety while meeting operational deadlines, goals and budgets. This includes recruiting, hiring, training and coaching employees.

Key Accountabilities:

• Meet all production and distribution objectives and deadlines within the established budget.

• Oversee warehouse processes (receiving, stocking, processing, and shipping)

• Print, Review and Release orders for processing (Contract review)

• Communicate issues with orders or material to the appropriate Team/Department/Manager

• Work with warehouse employees to maintain and improve order fulfillment processes.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Manage the care and maintenance of warehouse Tools and Equipment

• Manage and maintain warehouse supplies inventory

• Manage personnel scheduling, training, conduct and safety

Additional Responsibilities: (As a result of small business multi-functional practices.)

• Will Call support as needed.

• Assist with shipping and warehouse processes as needed.

• Effective record keeping, filing and other administrative duties as required.

• Other duties assigned by the First Shift Supervisor or Operations Manager
