Performs variety of warehousing duties requiring an understanding of commercial and Government supply systems as directed to support the EC-130J Warehouse Support contract.

Ahtna complies with all federal regulations, to include mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations for all employees working directly or indirectly on a government contract. • Operates automated work management system to perform duties to support the EC-130J contract requirements.
• Verifies received materials against receiving documents while noting and reporting damage or other discrepancies. Processed received materials in automated system and routes hard copy documentation through appropriate channels.
• Stacks and palletizes materials in accordance with prescribed methods and stores that material in appropriate locations ensuring locations are accurately noted in the automated work management system.
• Inventories Government and Company property and identifies and reports discrepancies as directed.
• Removes and issues store material as required in accordance with SOP.
• Assists in obtaining inventory stock number(s) and validating shop material requisition requests prior to submission for purchasing action.
• Updates all applicable reports as required by the contract
• Performs file maintenance, workspace clean-up, and telephone answering when required
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products to include Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
• Must have valid Driver’s license, insurance and maintain military base driving privileges. Obtain military licenses/certification if required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
• Able to comprehend, read, speak and write proficiently in the English language
• Willing to work any shift to include weekends and holidays

• Previous supply/warehousing experience
• Experience and knowledge of Alaska Native cultures

The employee is regularly required to talk, including the ability to pass on information via the telephone, and verbally communicate with clients, staff and other employees, hear and see in order to perform his or her duties in a safe manner, including occasionally driving. The ability to lift up and move a minimum of 50 lbs., walk, bend, push, pull and stand is needed to perform all requirements of this position. Typically will have full dexterity of limbs to feel, reach, sit, kneel, stand, crawl or climb on small stepladders not to exceed 10 feet.
