Warehouse - Order :Picker Job at Craig Stein Beverage
Craig Stein Beverage is looking for full time, dependable Order Pickers to join our Warehouse Team in Boise, Idaho. Order Pickers are responsible for building pallets of beverage products for or next business day delivery to retail accounts with an accuracy level of 100%. The position starts at $17.00 for training. Once a new team member completes training, they are on an individual variable pay scale based on pick rate and pick accuracy, up to $23.00 per hour

Principal Duties:
- Stock and pick product at dock from brewery/winery assigned haulers, inputting quantities and locations for tracking purposes.
- Stock products on line for route picking for next day delivery.
- Picking orders for next day delivery.
- Loading of trucks nightly for next day delivery.
- Daily cleaning and organizing of warehouse.
- Repack and cleanup of damaged product daily.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, weekends off
- Shifts start at 12pm and go until finish
Pay:
- $17.00/Hr starting for training
- Overtime rate after 40 hours
- Performance based variable pay scale after training: $17-$23.89

Requirements:
- No previous warehouse experience necessary - we train!
- Applicants must live within commuting distance of Boise
- Ability to lift 15-35 lbs repetitively through out the duration of the shift
- Must pass urinalysis drug screen, criminal background check, and agility test.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
