We are looking for an experienced #WarehouseManager with a background of working with audio-video equipment to work in our partner's #PanoramaCity warehouse in #LosAngeles, #CA supervising department leads and #warehouse staff. The role will support the Operations department by taking the responsibility for the day-to-day output of the warehouse.

What You Will Do

• Assign daily tasks to department leads and warehouse staff;
• Responsible for the day-to-day output of our warehouse;
• Handle checking in/out assets in R2 inventory system;
• Creation of “Short Sheets” in a timely and accurate manner;
• Oversee the flow of the company’s assets through general maintenance;
• Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the warehouse, including tools and facilities;
• Keep detailed knowledge of the department's weekly workload, as well as the warehouse's overall workload;
• Review and approve warehouse personnel timecards;
• Responsible for reviewing work efficiency, coaching/disciplining, or recommending staff for promotions;
• Handles flow and control of hardcopy information from the Operations department to warehouse personnel and vice versa. This would include creation of shop show files and the maintenance thereof;
• Assists employees with workload, including placing assets in their proper places, willingness to pitch in at any given moment to foster a team environment and maintain a high level of efficiency.

What You Will Need

• Minimum 4 years prior warehouse management experience;
• Class D license;
• Excellent communication (oral and written) skills;
• Background of working with audio-video equipment (preferably)
• Self-motivated and team player;
• Advanced computer skill;
• Experienced in Microsoft Office, R2 inventory system, Teams, Outlook.

Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year
