Pay Rate: $19 an hour + $500 bonus after 30 days & $300 bonus after 6 months

Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday & 6am-3:30pm Tuesday-Thursday

Loads and unloads trucks and other distribution channel storage and transportation containers. Ensures all documentation is processed on time. Process work orders, receipts, consolidated pick lists, requisitions, returns. Prepares goods for final shipment for both domestic and international orders. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Maintains and prepares various records, reports and documentation. Performs cycle counts and other routine and non-routine physical tasks involved in the shipping customer orders, parts, supplies and equipment. Loads and unloads trucks and other distribution channel storage and transportation containers. Ensures all documentation is processed on time.

Desirable qualifications: Shipping/Receiving experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Domestic and export shipping experience in a manufacturing environment with perishable products preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Dangerous Goods Certification and fork li operator’s certification Ability to utilize computer and accompanying so ware for customer order processing, spreadsheet and word processing applications.
