Overview of the VoIP Service Delivery Specialist role:
- Provisioning VoIP telecommunications systems for a variety of customers
- coordinate implementation with telecom providers and end users
- Identify and document support procedures
- respond to customer support requests via telephone calls and tickets
Preferred Qualifications for the VoIP Service Delivery Specialist:
- undergraduate degree preferred
- 2+ years' experience installing VoIP technology such as Skype and Microsoft Voice products.
- experience with computer networking , VoIP and SIP technology required
