As a VP, Market Enablement, You Will:
  • Partner closely with market leadership to develop the “ArchWell way” of bringing every component of how we provide care to life in a way that accelerates our performance toward our goals of delivering superior member experience and better health outcomes at a lower cost
  • Hone ArchWell Health’s suite of capabilities throughout the member journey (everything from member onboarding to telephone interactions to transportation to rooming members to checkout) while advancing our effectiveness, maturity, and adoption of the “ArchWell way” across ArchWell Health centers
  • Advance a cohesive strategy across solution development and delivery, workflows, and colleague onboarding and training
  • Work with clinical and operations leadership in deploying the "ArchWell way" for workflow, member experience, and systems training activities in support of the markets and centers
  • Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence projects and initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally to define best practices, workflow standardization, and integrate workflows into learning and development
  • Collect and curate business requirements and user stories to drive the development of solutions to improve member experience, colleague experience, and operating performance
  • Provide PMO support to prioritize, plan, and track operational initiatives within the organization
  • Develop and train leaders in the ArchWell Health continuous improvement methodology and techniques
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Expertise in one or more of the following disciplines is required: Medical Group Operations, Management Consulting, Product Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Centered Design, Process Improvement, Innovation Management, Design Thinking, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, Operations Management, Operations Research
  • Customer experience or patient experience programs or initiatives
  • Highly effective at driving cross-functional engagement in the design and development of solutions
  • Incorporating training and onboarding strategies and techniques into solution delivery and workflow standardization
  • Program Management or Project Management
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required; Advanced Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management & Research or Supply Chain Management highly preferred.
  • 7+ years of applied experience in one or more of the following industries is required: industrial engineering, process improvement, training, business transformation, innovation management, or Management Consulting
  • 5+ years of Medical Group operations or related experience with health care services delivery required
  • 5+ years of team and people leadership experience required
  • 3+ years of organizational change management preferred
  • Prior experience with business requirements analysis or Agile solution development is preferred
