Position Summary

Lead the strategy and execution of the Qualified Lead Generation solution for Matterkind’s Outcome Navigator. This includes but is not limited to strategy development, programs/campaign development, platform/tech requirements and integration, go to market, measurement solutions, and management and ongoing optimizations to grow the current client portfolio, and scale revenue and profit for both MTK and the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Lead Generation opportunities for advertisers (based on what defined marketing tools advertiser uses CRM, ESP, and call centers, etc.)
  • Leads all pricing models/frameworks, profitability for solution.
  • Owns lead generation marketing automation and integration process
  • Develop the marketing technologies for a new lead generation solution,
  • Define and integrate processes and systems within appropriate Matterkind teams.
  • Including database management, segmentation, analytics, verification, data cleansing, etc.
  • Manage and train appropriate teams on functions of new solution.
  • The new lead generation/demand generation technology will provide the ability encompass all types of campaigns as well as additional sources of traffic:
    • Inbound call (cost per call) *TBD
    • inbound traffic to website (cost per click)
    • outbound marketing programs (cost per appointment, cost per action, cost per email record, cost per lead, etc.)
    • database and email marketing,
    • persona-based nurture programs,
    • account-based marketing.
  • Develop and train account management team of on new solutions specialized by type of campaign to optimize appropriately.
  • Identify new optimization tests and growth opportunities and areas for additional investments and media spend for advertiser.
  • Monitor and analyze performance against lead and other marketing goals and over past performance.
  • Continually make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth.
  • Expand lead gen sources of traffic to drive performance through a results-driven experimental approach, both in existing channels and by experimenting with new channels as well as techniques.
  • Communicate with all defined teams on an ongoing basis regarding lead generation performance results, current initiatives, and course corrections being taken.
  • Assist business development team on potential ‘pre-sale’ regarding Lead Generation campaign strategy and plans, outlining key offers and channels.
  • Deliver repeatable, sustainable, and predictable lead generation revenue in key regions via digital marketing and marketing automation.
  • Scaling active campaigns efforts through defined media channels from advertiser’s responses and campaigns results
  • Liaison with internal marketing team on launch plans, collateral, selling story, value proposition, conferences/events to drive awareness.
  • Liaison with KSO Marketplace team on publisher expansion/development
  • Build and develop the organization to be a world-class “Lead Generation” team.
  • Establish KPIs for all lead generation marketing programs to deliver improved ROI performance

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in digital marketing, with heavy emphasis in lead generation and outcome-based marketing
  • Experience working in a lead generation agency, client who performs all aspects of lead generation as part of marketing mix, or digital agency a must
  • In-depth understanding of the digital advertising, programmatic and addressable landscapes through a media planning lens
  • Deep understanding of lead generation and one-to-one/direct response marketing landscape including key players, vendors, technologies, and operational processes
  • consumer data, audience segmentation and analytics, with a data-driven approach that will identify personal, technical and tactical factors that will motivate users to engage with our clients
  • Proven ability to collaborate with a team of digital professionals and team leads from other departments
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively convey technical concepts to those in non-technical roles
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong grasp of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.

The pay range for this position is $175,000 to $230,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
Minimum Salary 175,000
Maximum Salary 230,000
