Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am ~ 5:45pm (45 minutes lunch break)

Objective
We are seeking a detailed-oriented secretary to support our Vice President in the Tax & Payroll Services Department. Training will be provided to cover skills in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and payroll.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the VP of Taxation in clerical duties for accounting and bookkeeping processes
2. Attend regular training sessions on payroll software demos, assist in the payroll processing service for clients
3. Administer employment tax related activities such as vendor tax registration, statutory filing and deposits
4. Provide administrative support including updating database, filing paperwork, scanning documents
5. Perform data entry by inputting and maintaining client data into project management software
6. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
7. Teamwork with different departments to provide an all-in-one tax and payroll services for clients
Qualifications
1. Fluent in both Mandarin and English
2. At least 1 year of office administrative experience
3. Bookkeeping or accounting experience is preferred
4. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
5. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred
6. Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, process paperwork efficiently
7. Positive learning attitude, friendly demeanor and good team player
Benefits
· Starting $2,800 ~ $3,800/month or $16 ~ $21/hour depend on experience, will raise if pass probation
