Veterinary Technician Assistant Job at Van Zandt Animal Care Center
Van Zandt Animal Care Center is hiring a FULL time motivated individual for veterinary technician assistant position. We are willing to train the right person to be a veterinary tech assistant. And, training will start immediately. We strive to give our clients and patients the best care around. We are small 2 doctor practice that is growing daily and making improvements every day.
Requirements:
- Great Personality
- Well organized and fast pace
- Rotating Saturday's
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift and restrain up to 40lbs
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Client/Patient relations within the clinic
Client education
Assist the Veterinary Technician and/or Doctor - in appointments, surgery, diagnostics, etc.
Restrain - safely and securely
Daily cleaning and organizing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

- Wills Point, TX 75169: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
