SAGE Veterinary Centers is seeking surgeons with interests in orthopedic, soft tissue, oncologic, and minimally invasive surgery to join our great Concord hospital!
At SAGE Concord, we pride ourselves on true camaraderie among all our staff and have excellent support from our leadership team. Our 25,00 sq/ft hospital houses 18,000 sq/ft of dedicated clinical space for our multispecialty, ER, Urgent Care, and Integrative team – all under one roof. We have 5 fully stocked ORs plus one specifically dedicated to Neurology. Equipment includes a 16-slice CT, Animal Scan MRI, C-Arm, 4 banks of oxygen cages, Synthes locking TPLO and standard locking plates, Arthrex arthroscopy and laparoscopy towers, ligasure, Stryker LED lights, ventilation, and multimodal parameter monitors.
Our team of Anesthesiologists work hard to elevate our standard of care by supporting all of our services. Our surgery nursing team are Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) and are highly skilled scrub nurses who routinely perform femoral and sciatic nerve blocks or epidurals in addition to the local anesthetics administered by surgeons.
