Parkside Animal Hospital is a busy four-veterinarian practice in Fishers, near the northeast side of 465. Over the past 20 years we have established ourselves in the community as a hospital with a reputation of putting our clients and their pets first. We provide compassionate and customized patient care.

We are seeking full time Veterinary Assistants who are looking for a positive, challenging, high-energy work environment in which to thrive and grow their career.

The job requirements of a Veterinary Assistant is to assist our Doctors and Technicians with providing care to our patients. This can include dispensing medication, collecting urine/blood samples, cleaning surgical equipment, restraining patients for medical procedures, and much more.

Requirements:

· High school diploma (or equivalent)

· Excellent communication skills

· Positive

· Hard working

· Physically in good health, capable of lifting 40 pounds and being active throughout the work day

Hours are flexible but applicants must be willing to work as early as 6:30AM and as late as 7:00PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday hours.
