One of the most important aspects of the loan process is ensuring information is accurate and up to date. We can’t process a loan without verifying that our borrowers’ information checks out — and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a social person to fill the role of Verbal Verification of Employment Specialist. Are you a stickler for accuracy? And comfortable verifying facts on the phone? Then you’d be a natural at completing verbal verifications of employment of our potential borrowers.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:- Ensuring phone number corresponds to company listed
- Verbally verifying borrower’s employment
- Handling Inbound and outbound calls to 3rd parties and clients
Must Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Call center experience (highly preferred)
- Availability for an 11:00AM-8:00PM shift
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to multitask and adapt
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- On-site, full-time attendance
- Ability to handle multiple inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis
