Summary/Objective

A V!ROC Choreography Director is passionate about cheer and dance choreography, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in a creative environment. Responsibilities include developing and selling personalized choreography routines to Highschool and College teams to compete at Championship Events. A Varsity Spirit V!ROC Choreography Director will represent Varsity Brands by demonstration of company core values in driving the highest ethical standards of conduct in all business activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Creates Custom Cheer Routine Choreography
• Maintain strong awareness of Cheer Choreography trends & best practices
• Understand details of Cheer Competition Score Sheets of the various brands and state associations
• Client retention
• New Client recruitment
• Ensure annual Choreography revenue goal is achieved
• Weekly assignments & projects to support personal improvement & V!ROC brand development
• Maintain Safety certification requirements & knowledge of safety compliance rules
• Submit Monthly Expense reports according to company policies
• Book Travel for camps (Flight, Hotels, & Rentals) according to company policies
• Log camp expenses to submit monthly revenue sheet
• Maintain Client relationships throughout entire calendar year (Competition & Camp Seasons)
• Represents V!ROC at regional and national events and coaches' conferences. Required to attend NHSCC plus one Varsity Brands National events

Education, Certification and Experience

• 3-5 years of industry related Choreography experience
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• USA Cheer (formerly known as AACCA) Certified
• Experience in administrative support role for at least 2 years

Travel & Physical Requirements

This job operates in a hybrid between a home office environment and in school, community, and event environments. Frequent travel required.
