Case Manager develops, implements, and reviews healthcare plans for patients that are geriatric, recovering from serious injuries, or dealing with chronic illnesses. Case managers work both within and outside of a hospital.
Details for Case Manager RN:
Rate: $70 per hour / 40 Hrs per week / Weekly pay Available Schedule: 5x8 hr shift, 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM
Requirements for Case Manager RN:
Must have at least 2 years of Case Manager RN experience within the last 3 years and with UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT experience.
Must have a Hospital setting/Acute care/Inpatient care experience Current and active California License BLS thru American Heart Association (AHA) Must be Covid-vaccinated w/booster shot
