Overview


The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing internal productivity applications training to the URBN community with a specialty in assessing areas where education opportunities are needed.


Responsibilities


  • Create engaging learning trainings and compelling course content that enhances our employees understanding of the software available to them
  • Identify target audiences training needs and conduct tailored training for internal teams
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video)
  • Maintain project documentation and training organization
  • Create relationships with the business to create a bridge between employee technological needs and trainings offered.

Qualifications


  • Technical training experience teaching software to a wide range of learners
  • Excellent public speaking skills and experience speaking to large audiences
  • Experience delivering effective Instructor led training, virtual training, and self-learning courses
  • Visual design skills (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with O365, Zoom, Slack, or similar enterprise tools
  • Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and solve problems in real-time
  • Desire and ability to rapidly learn a wide variety of new technical skills
  • Strong teamwork: willingness and ability to get help from team members when required, and the good judgment to know when to seek help from others
