United Way Battlement to the Bells VISTA Leader Job at AmeriCorps
As a VISTA Leader, you help Untied Way Battlement to the Bells grow and sustain our AmeriCorps VISTA Program. Your work will get to, create marketing and communications plans, improve recruitment and retention programs, work closely with our diverse communities to identify program and service gaps, and improve the overall experience of our AmeriCorps VISTA Members. Our VISTA Leader will be a key member of our United Way family. You will be included in board meetings, and strategic planning. United Way Battlement to the Bells improves lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities from Battlement Mesa to Aspen to advance the common good for all, focusing on education, financial well-being, and health.

Member Duties : Our AmeriCorps Leader will expand United Way Battlement to the Bells visibility and impact in the local community, enhance the VISTA Project's success by supporting recruitment and selection of high-quality VISTAs for subsites to ensure project success, improve the project and members' effectiveness by facilitating the VISTA members, supporting all members in their individual work, and monitoring members’ monthly reports.
