Job Summary

The Housing, Uniform and Employee Store Support role is responsible for supporting 2 positions at Stevens Pass to cover days off and support ongoing business operations and employee relations. This position supports the Housing Coordinator and the Uniform/Employee Store Team Lead, both on the Base Area Operations team. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent guest service (mostly focused on our internal guests – our staff) and the ability to flex between the needs of these two departments. This position may also be asked to assist with other projects at the discretion of the Director of Base Area operations. This role is a great way to learn about different aspects of resort operations and support the employee experience.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for learning the Uniform Manager program to ensure proper inventory of uniforms
  • Provide outstanding guest service when distributing uniforms
  • Responsible keeping uniform inventory and paperwork organized
  • Responsible for learning all uniform codes and protocols
  • Laundering of uniforms
  • Lift, carry and place heavy boxes as needed
  • RPOS access to support Employee Store operation
  • Monitor inventory for employee store and report
  • Create a welcoming and supportive environment for employee residents
  • Elevate experience for residents/employees and housing staff while driving the seasonal Employee Value Proposition
  • Support the employee wellness strategies in Employee Housing ensuring alignment with Company vision
  • Ensure that resident license agreements, legal documents and related move in / move out paperwork is complete
  • Deliver standardized best-practices in support of the enterprise-wide Housing strategy
  • Ensure that all inquiries and questions are responded to quickly and effectively elevating concerns as they arise
  • Act as housing concierge for residents ensuring a high level of guest service
  • In partnership with housing team ensure all information is correct and complete within StarRez (Housing system)
  • Support effective communications with residents, Managers and external stakeholders
  • Create a safe, fun and diverse housing culture that helps provide employees an experience of a lifetime
  • Completes other tasks as directed and assigned


Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Adequate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and software systems to effectively complete assigned tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Organizational skills, ability and desire to support resort employees and guests


The budgeted range starts at $20.00 - $22.70. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
