JEI Learning Center of Manhattan Beach is seeking Math, Reading and Writing Instructors, Tutors and Graders who are outgoing, creative, energetic, eager to learn, and passionate about teaching. Experience working in a classroom setting is a plus. Must be engaging with children from grades Pre K - 12th Grade. We are looking for Instructors and Graders of all levels. Being able to teach up to and including Algebra I, II, Geometry, Calculus, Biology and Chemistry is a plus.
· Must like working with children!
· Comfortable working with students in small groups.
· Be creative and with genuine interest in helping children succeed.
· Be polite, positive and encouraging with all students.
· Flexible hours but most teaching occurs Monday - Friday from 1:00 PM - 7:00pm.
This is a part-time position but could be a long-term opportunity for the right instructor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
