JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (3:00 PM - 11:30PM)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for loading, routing, and delivery of windows to customers in the most efficient and economical methods
• Ensures timely and efficient delivery of product
• Responsible for company compliance with DOT regulations
• Responsible for communicating with customer and other departments regarding altered delivery schedules, routing, department needs, accidents, etc
• Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effective continual improvement in efficiency of department and service performed
• Responsible for appraising performance of employees; coaching/counseling employees; taking necessary corrective actions; and determining the most effective methods in which work is performed
• All other duties as assigned my Management

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one year in shipping
• Minimum one year as a supervisor
• Window experience is required
• Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills, professional ethics, tact and courtesy in dealing with fellow employees
• Must also be self-motivated and a self-starter with personable and excellent organization skills. Must be detail-oriented and have ability to problem solve
• Must be computer literate. Must also demonstrate ability to deal with other supervisory staff
• Effectively assess filing systems
• Communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person
• Complete required paperwork; subject to long irregular hours in warehouse setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $25.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
