We are currently seeking a Triple P/Child Development Director for a full-time position. The Triple P/Child Development Director work supports improved outcomes in all 10 Bridges communities via an array of parent engagement strategies, including but not limited to: developing and overseeing the implementation of the Triple P services, the ASQ component services, parent peer support opportunities, and coordinating with the parenting support program.

The purpose of BRIDGES is to enhance parental & community capacity in targeted neighborhoods around increasing healthy births, decreasing child abuse and neglect, increasing school readiness and increasing rates for 3rd grade children reading on grade level.


Qualified candidates must have:

  • Masters’ Degree required, in field related to child development preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in management & supervision skills.
  • Triple P Accredited.
