The Trial Graphics Specialist will play an important role in the courtroom presentations from King & Spalding’s attorneys. Using various technologies, this role will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of visualizing evidence for trial, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, jury research and client meetings.

By working closely with the trial team, the Trial Graphics Specialist will:

• Provide expert consulting services to litigation teams on the effective application of trial communication methods and multimedia presentations.

• Assist in the identification, development, and presentation of trial themes.
• Coordinate the development of demonstrative graphics that enhance persuasion opportunities.
• Participate in trial preparation activities, including the collection and organization of evidence.
• Travel occasionally to be onsite with trial team as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with trial presentation software (Sanction, OnCue, Trial Director, TrialMax, etc.).
• Expertise in graphic design applications (PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Visio, etc.).
• Facility with legal imaging and transcript management databases (Concordance, Livenote).
• Advanced PC-based computer skills (Windows or Mac)
• Basic knowledge of digital video/different formats.
• Linear digital video editing (Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Ability to fulfill conflicting priorities in a high-stakes, high-stress environment.
• Effective leadership, team building and problem-solving ability.
• Strong data management and organizational skills.
• Clear and concise oral and written communication.
• Strong client presence with ability to offer solutions to attorney issues and problems regarding technology and presentation of evidence.
• Ability to produce compelling visual presentations and to take that presentation from concept to courtroom.
• Create visual strategies that get to the core of the message by simplifying facts and organizing themes.
• Familiarity with all image, audio, and video file types and expertise in converting files to acceptable formats.
• High level of professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Bilingual is a plus
