Job Summary

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, have a non-judgemental strengths based, positive attitude towards the vulnerable population of youth we serve. Ability to work independently and as a team. Interpersonal skills necessary to engage with a diverse group of high at-risk and vulnerable youth. Ability to work with youth who have experienced trauma.
Duties and Responsibilities
Compilation of assessments including intake and treatment planning. Assists in the enhancement of counseling and coping skills. Participate in consultation meetings and provide feedback on progress to the Clinical Team. Ensure that daily behavioral health services are being met.
Min. Req.: At least 21 years of age, pass a criminal background check, pass a pre-employment drug screen, have a 4 year degree in a human service field which includes social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, or education, and a valid driver's license. Ability to pass provided in house training that we provide.
