TREASURY ANALYST
Location: New York, NY with a hybrid working arrangement
Job Summary:
Responsible for daily reconciliation of bank accounts and maintenance of cash position. Responsible for performing various cash, disbursement, and cash accounting activities within the global Treasury function. May be required to provide input to or participate in various projects.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve daily bank reports and reconciliation of all accounts
  • Maintain cash position reports and update cash forecasts
  • Prepare treasury analysis reports as required
  • Maintain and manage all bank portal requests as portal admin
  • Process wire payments through treasury management system and maintain disbursement records
  • Maintain contact with internal departments and banks to resolve outstanding issues
  • Manage the safekeeping and maintenance of relevant treasury documentation including bank resolutions and signature cards
  • Perform ad-hoc duties related to providing support to the Treasury department and/or other special projects as required

Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:
  • 1-3 years prior experience in a treasury, accounting, or financial planning & analysis role
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, strong MS Excel skills required
  • Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with FIS Integrity Treasury Management System preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop both internal and external relationships
  • Strong time management skills - ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or equivalent work experience
