Here are the details:

The Travel Client Account Manager will manage a multi-state territory of facilities and help our spirited & tenacious group of travel recruiters submit healthcare professionals into 8-13-week travel contracts.

  • Location(s): This position is offered on-site in Milford, IA or remotely!
  • Schedule: As a Travel Client Account Manager, you can expect to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
  • Wage: This is a salaried position and is eligible for commission.
  • Benefits: Medical Insurance: premium as low as $10.07 per week, Basic Life Insurance: $50,000, 401k: up to 4% employer match, and bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities.

A day in the life of a Client Account Manager:

  • Contact existing clients to determine staffing shortages and opportunities for travel contracts
  • Maintain & grow footprint within current client base to increase headcount & revenue
  • Manage travel job orders within CTM (add/audit/delete/update jobs in system) – jobs are added as “Travel LTA” – will include details on job, length, bill rate etc.
  • Communicate, understand, and develop relationships with clients, while educating on benefits of travel in tandem with per diem offering
  • Works daily with recruiters to match & present qualified HCPs and will follow up on presented candidates to help move them through the offer process
  • Handles all communication (and will act as liaison) between client & recruiters regarding submitted HCPs
  • Understands contracts & facility requirements. Will negotiates rates and execute client contracts. Will handle the fill/booking process.
  • Works with credentialing, payroll/billing & recruitment team to help resolve any issues that pertain to contract interruption.
  • Will be held to various sales metrics specific to Travel CAM role – number of open job orders, number of active submissions, number of booked travel contracts, saturation within target clients, will assist sales team on converting to exclusive/GMS (if applicable)

Here’s what we would need from you to be successful in this role:

  • Knowledge of software frequently used, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe, scanning software and Windows.
  • Familiarity and comprehension of Internet capabilities.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Experience with account management & schedule coordination preferred
