Overview:
Amyx is seeking to hire a Travel Litigation Support to support our DOJ Civilian Help Desk contract in the Washington, DC area.
Qualifications:
Shall poses the following certifications:
i. A customer service certification designed for direct contact employees, including customer service representatives, call center staff, etc. for example Direct Contact Service Professional (DCSP) which focuses on focuses on pertinent topics such as customer interaction, communication, rapport and relationship building.
ii. A help desk management certification for example HDI certification (Ex. Customer Service Certification/Analyst) will prepare candidates to install, 29
configure and maintain personal computers, mobile devices, printers and laptops. It also enables technicians to perform basic networking and PC troubleshooting skills, as well as interact with various operating systems. iii. A help desk management certification for example MD-100: Windows Client helps provides skillsets to administrators who deploy, configure, secure, manage, and monitor devices and client applications in an enterprise environment. Candidates manage identity, access, policies, updates, and apps. As an administrator, candidates typically collaborate with the Microsoft 365 enterprise administrator to design and implement a device strategy that meets the business needs of a modern organization.

Minimum 6 years of management experience. Preferred leading Help Desk or Service Desk environment.

Physical Demands

Employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Most positions require ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries and/or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
