BASIC FUNCTION:

Provide travel arrangement service to authorized employees and guests. Perform a variety of clerical functions to update and maintain the Travel Department’s files and transactions. Support site administrative team as time allows.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate travel requests and manage in country and International travel arrangements, including lodgment of travel requests, visa administration and local vehicle transportation for all levels of Omya employees.
  • Process changes to travel itineraries.
  • Calculate costs, fees, exchange rates, etc. to keep proper expense management and reporting.
  • Reconcile accounting information via bank billing web portal and submit to Corporate accounting department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience as corporate or agency travel agent. Proficiency with Apollo computer reservation system is highly preferred.

Working knowledge of office-related software including Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Experience with Concur travel system preferred and knowledge of office procedures and filing systems.

Must have strong attention to detail and solid communication skills both written and verbal.

Must possess current US employment authorization; sponsorship not available for this position.
