Job Description

To support and administer Cain Travel’s online systems and provide exceptional service and support to Cain Travel’s customers who utilize our online systems.

Responsibilities

  • Administration and support of online systems, including OBT’s, Sabre migration and administration, Compleat, Event Management
  • Level 1 (Client facing) customer support including username/password assistance, flight shopping assistance and general website navigation
  • Troubleshooting issues with Cain Travel’s systems on behalf of individual customers (Etta (formerly Deem), Concur, and Cain Travel’s customer-facing proprietary systems)
  • Develop and maintain understanding of all of Cain Travel’s online systems, including understanding of interfaces
  • Implementation and configuration of new accounts on Concur/Etta
  • Provide end user technical support through phone interaction and email
  • Deliver high level customer service on every call or contact
  • Where necessary, interact with other Cain Travel departments in pursuit of common goals, and high customer service levels
  • Travel if necessary (rare)
  • Attend regular team meetings

Skills/Qualifications:

· Expert understanding of Cain Travel’s systems

· Have a proficiency with Power Point, Word, and Excel; Sabre/Apollo experience required

· Interest in understanding web-based technology, and its operation at Cain Travel

· Ability to adapt quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, self-start and problem solve

· Written and oral correspondence directly with customers

· Complete follow-through with regard to customer requests and needs

· Track and report any serious problems to your manager or the leadership team to ensure account stability

· Adhere to all Company policies as stated in the Company manual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
