• Please Note: This position is contingent upon a contract award. We will not be actively responding to applicants until there is a need to move forward with this position.

• Provide transportation, storage and distribution management to include receiving, Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T), procurement, inventory and HAZMAT control.
• Supervise personnel engaged in receiving, storing, testing and shipping products or materials
• Plan, organize and manage day to day activities to ensure contractual requirements are met
• Plan, develop and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities
• Maintains accountability of Government and Contractor owned property
• Interfaces and communicates with on-site Government customer
• Develops and submits monthly and other contract performance reports

• Ten (10) years experience in logistics or supply chain management operations
• Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or other relative Business discipline, or a Bachelor’s degree with four (4) additional years of experience
• Must have, at a minimum, five (5) years directing a team of subordinate employees
• Must have significant analytical, organizational, coordination, and communication skills to effectively balance and schedule competing priorities.
• Must have substantial working knowledge and proficiency in computer systems and software to include, but is not limited to; Microsoft Office software programs, Automatic Message Handling System (AMHS) to prepare correspondence, Power Point slides, Excel spreadsheets, and military message traffic.
• Must have good working knowledge of the Navy equipment life cycle
• Must have or be able to receive and maintain DoD Security Clearance
• Must be able to read and speak fluent English

The employee is regularly required to talk, including the ability to pass on information via the telephone, and verbally communicate with clients, staff and other employees, hear and see in order to perform his or her duties in a safe manner, including occasionally driving. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, bend, push, pull and stand is needed to perform all requirements of this position. Typically will have full dexterity of limbs to feel, reach, sit, kneel, stand, crawl or climb on small stepladders not to exceed 10 feet.
