Summary:
Goldbelt Nisga’a TEK, LLC is seeking a Training Manager.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Management of all training courses and event requirements with customer units
  • Personnel management of staff schedules related to daily work requirements of the training section staff
  • Management and coordination with RTS-MED government and contract staff on training logistics.
  • Organization and implementation of training updates and courses.
  • Personnel development through evaluation of instructors, using standardized assessment tools.
  • Management of customer unit long term exercise(s) or mobilization goals (working with units 1-3 years in advance).
  • Serves as a primary or assistant instructor for Hospital Center Primary Leadership Level Courses, such as Ward Master Course, EXNET.

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven experience collaborating with a team.
  • Shall have management experience in developing training or mobilization plans.
  • Shall have experience with the military training concepts and organizational structure.
  • Shall have military medical experience with Role 2 or Role 3 Army Field Medical Treatment Facilities or Air Force Expeditionary Medical Support Systems or Navy Expeditionary Medical Facility operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing Soldiers and/ or staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum four (4) years of military experience as a commissioned or non-commissioned officer (E-5 or above), with at least two (2) years of experience in project or personnel management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
